Captain Chet Jennings

A native of the Tampa Bay area,Capt. Chet Jennings has spent many hours on the waters of Tampa Bay as a professional fishing guide. He prides himself in working hard for his clients to ensure their success on the water. He is an expert at finding and catching all the main species of game fish in the Tampa Bay area.

He has been a full time guide for over 9 years and has entertained countless people including many celebrities here. He has been featured in many publications such as SportFishing Magazine, Gulf Coast Angler, The Tampa Tribune, Inshore Angler, and Suncoast Fisherman’s Guide. He was a member of the fishing team that won the Saltwater Flats Fishing Association’s Tournament of Champions in 1998. He recently won the Chuck Lamar Mercury Grand Slam Celebrity Fishing Tournament last year. This is by far the largest inshore tournament held here each year.

He has a lovely wife, Margaret, and 7 year old daughter, Taylor who share his passion for the water. They live in the sleepy town of Balm just 12 miles east of Tampa Bay
